As the Product Designer for Liberty Mutual's Global Digital Ecosystem, I lead the UX initiatives for the Digital eService team.
A key initiative for this team was the design and development of the Customer Portal - Policy Display. Within the Customer Portal, users can see information relating to their policies, as well as easily edit their policy details.
In order to promote reuse of components and services, I built prototypes for the Customer Portal - Policy Display for three separate brands used by four countries (Liberty Insurance (Ireland), Genesis (Spain, Portugal), Regal (Spain)) with four different languages (English, Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese). This allows our engineering team to get the product to market much faster than if we were to build a separate product for each brand.
