Liberty Mutual - European Markets - Customer Portal - Login and Registration

As the Product Designer for Liberty Mutual's Global Digital Ecosystem, I lead the UX initiatives for the Digital eService team.

A key initiative for this team was the design and development of the Customer Portal - Login and Registration screens. To gain access to the Customer Portal, users can register with their policy number and then use an email and password to login.

We used Auth0, an identity access management tool, as the platform for login and registration. Previously the product was hosted with AzureB2C, and while functional, branding and custom design was not possible. Auth0 makes it possible to build custom applications, giving me free range to create designs that work for our business, and more importantly, our users.

In order to meet security requirements, we used multi-factor authentication throughout the flows. I build out the prototypes for three different brands (Liberty Insurance - Ireland, Genesis - Spain and Portugal, Regal - Spain (Catalan language) and four languages. It is currently in production and being used by our European customers.
