Liberty Mutual - European Markets - Customer Portal - Vehicle Change - Mobile

In collaboration with business stakeholders, I created a product so that within the Customer Portal, if a customer needs to change a vehicle on their policy, they can do so digitally. Before this was created all vehicle changes were done via phone call. Decreasing call volume is vital to ensure reduced wait time for customer service agents. It also gives the customer more autonomy in managing their policy. This mobile prototype was designed for Genesis brand for Spanish customers and Liberty Insurance brand for Irish customers.
